HOCET can benefit, and has benefited, from a variety of skills: carpentry, sewing, construction, recording, graphic and web design, advertising, legal, business, and teaching skills are some examples. If you have skills and want to share them, please let us know!

The CD is a collection of fun and meaningful,
contemporary and traditional, african children's songs. The main goal behind recording Twakushukuru was to produce something marketable
that was a result of the kids' hard work. As a result, not only does HOCET take another step toward self-sustainability and independence from
"western" aid, but the children of HOCET, meanwhile, learn to work hard, capitalize on their skills, and cooperate with others. Purchasing
Twakushukuru would affirm and further these goals and give HOCET the means to purchase life necessities like food and clothing.
