The CD is a collection of fun and meaningful,
contemporary and traditional, african children's songs. The main goal behind recording Twakushukuru was to produce something marketable
that was a result of the kids' hard work. As a result, not only does HOCET take another step toward self-sustainability and independence from
"western" aid, but the children of HOCET, meanwhile, learn to work hard, capitalize on their skills, and cooperate with others. Purchasing
Twakushukuru would affirm and further these goals and give HOCET the means to purchase life necessities like food and clothing.
Giving a donation allows for versatile, need-based allocation of resources. Donations are funnelled directly to HOCET through Kujali International, Inc., created and run by Sydney Schaef. Donations are made through PayPal. For single donations, you may specify a particular cause you would like your donation to be used for. Simply click on the "Make a Donation" button below, and enter in your payment information. Then specify which cause you would like to give to in the "Where should your gift go?" box that appears.
